Hi I'm Amy and I'm your biggest advocate for getting you to feel connected and friends with your body again. 

My classes are an invitation to return. To reclaim intuition, deepen sensation, and honour the innate wisdom of the body. Movement isn't something you do to your body, it's something you are. And the good news is, whatever your previous experience of movement or your preconceptions of your body- there is a beautiful truth that nothing about us is fixed- not our thoughts, not our stories, not even our bodies. And so first and foremost, you are WELCOME HERE.

Through greater awareness of breath and body, we remember that we are inherently whole, perfectly formed, and enough. And it's from this place of reconnection that we can then weave our discoveries into every facet of life, cultivating greater care for ourselves, others and the world around us.

Nothing brings me greater joy than guiding classes that not only help you feel good but also help you to build a movement practice that is educational, sustainable and deeply fulfilling. Otherwise, what's the point!?
